Effect on Emotions

Mindfulness has helped me become more in control of my emotions because I'm more aware and intentional about the decisions that I make. So instead of running on autopilot most of the time, I run on intentional autopilot. Most of the time, it just helps me make better decisions.

Thoughts on Breathing

Through meditation and through just centering myself, learning how to control and get present with my breath has been one of the most beneficial things for me to just calm down.
