Along with growing and managing the agency, Jim is deeply involved in leading MONO’s clients through the reinvention of tired advertising models.

Jim is also passionate about giving back to the industry and was instrumental in creating MONO’s Brand-In-Residence Accelerator Program, designed to help diverse entrepreneurs in the Minneapolis/St.Paul area scale their businesses.
