This band actually has a great catalog of songs that have been featured in a lot of movies and TV shows - including How I Met Your Mother, Scrubs, Gilmore Girls and more. Of course their most well known song was “Stacy’s Mom” for which they earned a Grammy nomination. Besides Fountains of Wayne, Jody was in a band called “The Belltower” that was described as “shoe gaze rock.” He also has a solo career and a new record out called “Waterways” that’s getting great reviews and was even featured in Rolling Stone magazine.
