Shockingly, nearly 1 in 4 women report feeling as though life is not worth living through this stage of life which can unfold over many years.

Any significant life change can see us knocking on the door of our local GP for help. GP's are incredible for SO many reasons, but relatively few have the kind of perimenopausal expertise many women need. From her personal experiences, and her work in clinic with menopausal women, Clinical Psychologist Kirsten Bouse saw a critical need for skilled, experienced, passionate healthcare providers who could support women on their perimenopause journey with expertise.
