Originally from Edmonton AB he graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a degree in Biology. He has been working at the army base in Wainwright for the past 19 years. He has completed over 35 Ultra races which includes the Moab 240, 5 solo finishes at the Canadian Death Race, 10 Ironmans & Ultra 520 triathalon. We also dig into his journey with Mental Health which everyone should hear.
