God's Promises – Week 10 – God Comforts

Suffering and grief are part of the human condition, but they’re not the end of the story. From the moment Adam and Eve disobeyed in the Garden of Eden, pain, shame, and death entered the world. Yet even then, God promised that sin, suffering, and sorrow would not have the final word.

In this week’s message, Pastor Angela shares how God’s comfort began in the garden, continued through His covenant with His people, and finds its fullness in Jesus—Immanuel, “God with us.” She unpacks how moments of loss, hardship, and even persecution can become places of deep encounter with God, where He brings healing, renews our perspective, and restores hope.
