It is not uncommon for me to be in a coaching a client and ask, “for your teams to create that result, where do you need to develop as a leader?”

And its the same question I ask myself!

Once we find the area of opportunity, we must be really intentional about what we want ourselves to think about.

In the identification phase, in the growing phases, and after our growth, in the maintenance phase. We’ve always got to be aware of what we’re putting into our brains – how we’re using our thinking space – and what that’s creating in our lives.

The better we get at doing this, the more qualified we become to increasing awareness in our team members.
