Ashdin shares that as introverts, we have to make our space in this social world. There is a time to show up in the world, and that part of showing up is something that introverts have to practice, otherwise they'll feel that the world is poised against us. Ashdin also shares some habits to get out of the fear of socializing with people. As for the second question, Ashdin shares that it's important to make mistakes otherwise you won't grow.
