Amy struggled with anxiety and an eating disorder for a long time but somehow knew she was OK. While studying psychology, Amy realized the medical model of people being broken and needing fixing just didn’t make sense. While listening to recordings from a 3 Principles conference, she heard a quote from Sydney Banks that mentioned we are perfectly mentally healthy right now, AND we think. And that changed everything.
