Michael Loftman is a coach educator currently based out of South Africa, Formally a coach with the Orlando Pirates, Michael has also spent time at Watford and Tottenham Hotspur on his coaching journey. Also an author, Michael wrote the book 'Theories and concepts for Football coaching and management' in which he discusses a variety of topics including decision making processes in football.
