Scottish Politician Demands UFO Transparency/Calvine UFO Photographer Still Sought

Billy Buchanan, a Falkirk councilor in Scotland, is demanding that the United Kingdom's Ministry of Defense begin releasing UFO data to the public. Buchanan said Bonnybridge and Larbert, which he represents, is a UFO hotspot and he regularly hears from citizens wanting answers. Also, the mystery of the Calvine UFO, which was photographed in 1990 by a man named Kevin Russell might get solved if investigators can find Kevin Russell. Russell's name emerged last March as the photographer of the picture, but after more than six months, nobody has been able to locate him.
