Alli's career path has been nothing sort of vibrant: from Wardrobe Stylist to PR, Events & Sponsorship to group fitness coaching. And recently, the most exciting one yet, embarking on an Entrepreneurial journey.
Alli developed a passion for health + fitness after losing my brother just weeks before she moved to Toronto in 2004 from Winnipeg. Fitness became a therapeutic way for her to work through her grief and transition to a healthier mindset of being strong on the inside and out.
Fast forward years later and this passion for fitness has earned her the CanFitPro Personal Training Certification, Barre Sculpt Certification and a beautiful gym in the heart of our community, BENCHMARK FITNESS Burlington in partnership with her husband, Matt.
While no two days are ever the same, you can usually find her at their Downtown Burlington gym most days of the week - working or working out. She is a wine enthusiast, coffee lover, dog obsessed mom to Molly + Sadie + Riley and seriously love sitting at their kitchen counter (with a glass of wine, obvi) watching her husband cook.
She believes that in order to feel our best, we need to give our body the best. She believes in fuelling our bodies with daily movement, high quality nutrition, high performance supplements, smart sleep, mindful self care, nurturing relationships and positivity.
She is passionate about inspiring others to live their best life - a life of JOY. We have the power to design a life that we love, because life is too short not to!
