41: Motivation, Staying On Track and Sparking Inspiration

This episode is all about shifting your energy to create true, lasting motivation and inspiration in your life.

So many of us are on a rollercoaster of looking for motivation or inspiration outside of ourselves and going up and down with it constantly.

And it can be especially difficult to stay motivated and inspired through challenging times and we can end up beating ourselves up for feeling flat or down, which is definitely not helping.

Instead what we need to do is focus on *creating* motivation and inspiration for ourselves by connecting to a new focus, a new vision, a new energy, and by really harnessing the power of our own inner worlds.

What I want to remind you is that there is absolutely nothing wrong with feeling flat, unmotivated or down, and to please not ever beat yourself up if you do.

Life is full of ups and downs and no one will ever be constantly up! It would be boring if our life was only one straight line upwards, moving through the ebbs and flows of life and connecting to your path of growth is where the magic lies.
