On The Digital Examen podcast, author and pastor Jay Y. Kim invites us on a journey, to truly listen and be present with God. By reckoning with the spiritual, mental, and physical effects of living in a digitally-saturated culture, Kim explores an alternative way of being in the world that is thoughtful, peaceful, and marked by presence.
Along this journey, Kim is joined by contemporary sages and scholars who offer holistic wisdom, daily practices, and personal research on living faithfully in an age of distraction.
