Christine is a video producer. She was always the tallest and biggest of her friends and became self-conscious of her body once she entered high school. Christine tried her first diet and would spend the next two decades connecting her value to her weight. She went from diet to diet, endured high intensity workouts, and developed bulimia to manage her weight. Christine was both unhealthy and unhappy.

Christine discovered IF in June of 2020, and began her IF journey right away. Christina has lost more than 40 pounds, but she feels her biggest victory has been the peace and freedom IF has brought to her life.

Christine’s advice: Set a long-term goal but take it slow. Celebrate the non-scale victories more than the weight loss. Share IF with everyone.
