Welcome to the last episode of our 2025 summer season! Host Caitlin Johnson breaks down the supplements you should consider when you are trying to conceive, pregnant and even postpartum!

Caitlin breaks down her four most recommended supplements to take when trying to conceive. She suggests taking a quality prenatal, fish oil, inositol and lastly a vitamin D supplement especially if your prenatal does not have enough in it or if you are deficient in vitamin D. 

She goes over what supplements to stop taking once you find out you are pregnant, her stance on probiotics before and during pregnancy and why bitters are so helpful to incorporate into your diet. 

Caitlin also talks about when the best time is to take certain supplements, what supplements should be spaced out, what supplements should be taken with a meal and more! 

Whether you have been trying to conceive for one month, six months or over a year, this episode is a great refresher on what you can be doing to help or hurt your fertility.
