It's All Related Episode 93: How to Reconnect with Your Spirit after Feeling Stuck and Flat
Sonia T.'s spirit has been feeling a little bit flat lately. Is it astrological or something else? Sonia T. woke up one day and realized her body and her spirit needed a major timeout and so she decided to take a rest day despite having a lot of things to do. Sonia T. is glad she took a break because she really did need it. We're often told that taking a rest day is bad because we're so afraid of missing out, but there are times where you need to go against the social curve to hustle.

Sonia C. understands. She had a major social event with Sabrina and the baby and after such a whirlwind of a day, she told Sabrina that she needed to be hidden from the world. Do not call or text! Sonia C.'s spirit definitely needed some alone time to recharge. Sonia T. agrees. Empaths need quiet time to reintegrate back into the real world. Empaths also have a hard time communicating their need for space. They almost feel guilty when they need to be alone, but as Sonia C. has gotten older, she realizes you need to do what's best for you.
It can feel so fake when people are always in a high vibration and tell the world that everything is great and perfect all the time. That just isn't reality! For Sonia T., that's a big spiritual trigger when someone isn't necessarily honest with themselves on how reality is actually affecting them. You don't need to be dishonest and tell everyone everything is perfect all the time.
