What words do you use to talk about your body? Are you more negative than positive when it comes to acknowledging what you see in the mirror?
All of us have at least one thing about our bodies we want to change. Try to focus less on what you want to change about yourself and instead highlight the good that you see.
It is my hope that you can learn to be kind to your body because it has been kind to you.
