Dr. Richard Price is a world-renowned expert in dental materials, curing light technology, and restorative dentistry. With decades of clinical and academic experience, Dr. Price has become a leader in advancing the science and practice of adhesive and esthetic dentistry. His contributions to dental research and education have earned him international recognition as a pioneer in improving the quality, effectiveness, and clinical outcomes of dental restorations.

Academic and Clinical Background

 

Dr. Price earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree and subsequently pursued advanced education and research, obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) with a focus on dental materials and polymerization. He also holds a Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FDS RCS). As a prosthodontist, he has extensive experience in managing complex restorative cases, including esthetic and functional rehabilitation.

Dr. Price is a faculty member at Dalhousie University’s Faculty of Dentistry in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. He has held numerous academic roles, including professor, researcher, and mentor to graduate and postdoctoral students.
