121. SPIRITUAL FITNESS: The surprising link between spiritual + physical health with Aaron Abke.

We brought our good friend and spiritual teacher, Aaron Abke back on to discuss the intertwining of spiritual health + physical health. Many of us including Chase + I have experienced this to some degree — that when we aren’t living in truth and alignment with our Soul or spirit that our physical health suffers too.

If we want to be truly healthy and thriving, we eventually are going to be invited by life to address at all of these different aspects. Aaron was the perfect person to talk to about the link between physical + spiritual health because he currently helps people all over the world become more rooted in spiritual concepts that are truly unifying, as well as having an extensive background as a fitness athlete, model and trainer.
