Brittney Mills, Ph.D is a UX researcher currently working at Twitter as Senior Research Manager and an Adjunct Associate Professor at Columbia University in the City of New York. Previously, Brittney worked with companies like Dropbox, MTV, Discovery Inc, Viacom, Insight Strategy Group, and Play Science. 

In this episode, Brittney had shared splendid views on How to sell sights and how insights play a major role in research. Then we discussed the various UX research methods researchers use to refine these insights and know which insights matter in a gigantic pool of data. We then spoke on how to measure a design impact and sell insights across the organisation.
