One way to humanize your brand is by shining the spotlight on your team, empowering your team to be seen and to be heard and this is something where a lot of brands will go wrong. If you don’t have an employee, you’re a solopreneur, that’s great. the spotlight is on you. you could still spotlight maybe your kids or your family members, people that might help you with your business. But this is for a business that has multiple employees or any freelance that is helping you in your business. Humans want to work with humans. By getting your audience to know the humans behind your back, you can allow them to do that.
