88. Build a Relationship with Yourself

This week, Chandres discusses the challenges and barriers we build against having a relationship with ourselves. The important questions to reflect on are who am I, how do I relate to myself,  and how do I relate to the darkness and light in me? This episode is about helping you pause and reflect upon the loneliness, increasing anxiety, and constant expectation and need to have love and happiness from others rather than exploring it within yourself.
