Paul Neagle is a skilled, confident healthcare administrator with 11+ years of experience in direct management and leadership roles. Paul is deeply knowledgeable about processes across different departmental boundaries including quality assurance initiatives that have led to higher patient satisfaction rates!

Paul's analytical skills combined with an ability to think creatively help in building long term solutions designed specifically around what is important now, while also identifying revenue opportunities through process improvements or cost cutting measures.

He is a practicing physician assistant since 2001 and in the past, has experience as an athletic trainer and paramedic. As the COO of OrthoCarolina, Paul is focused on the overall operations for the group and is passionate about improving patient access to care.
