Liz also shares the one question you should ask yourself every time you make a decision. Liz Carroll and her husband Dan are debt free real estate investors located on the Oregon Coast. They’ve built a multi-million-dollar portfolio in the last six years of 14 single family manufactured homes and a four-plex. They focus solving the long-term workforce housing crisis in their county. It’s a win for all: the tenants, the employers, the county, the neighborhoods and themselves. Liz is a Certified Financial Coach from Ramsey Solutions, a Certified Life Coach from The Life Coach School and a 200-RYT Yoga & Meditation Instructor from The Purna Yoga College. She combines strong money and life skills with mindfulness in her coaching business, Mindful Money Coaches. She is the creator of the 30-Day Mindful Money Transformation. She and Dan live in the county they serve. Their adult children visit regularly. Liz and Dan bought their first rental house after 3 months of marriage. Liz was 22.
