LaKiesha is the Founder of Thriving Ambition, Inc, a career and management consulting agency. Helping engineers position themselves to get multiple job offers and working with technology companies to attract and retain diverse technical talent.
She has been mentioned in Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Self Magazine, and more. LaKiesha is regarded as the leadership expert for professionals.
Prior to running her own company, she was an engineer and technology leader in the Aerospace industry and in Silicon Valley.
LaKiesha is currently in the Executive MBA program at Yale University. She also has a MS in Technical Management from Johns Hopkins University and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Saint Louis University.
Her hobbies include learning about investing, fashion, wineries, and French culture.
