45. Bridging the Gap Between Investors and Real Estate with Gray Line Investments Partner, Frank Scappaticci

Frank Scappaticci is Co-Owner and Partner at Gray Line Investments. After graduating from West Point and serving as a Field Artillery Officer in the Army, Frank transitioned into various roles in banking and consulting. In 2020, partially driven by the enjoyment of buying his own home, Frank began investing into real estate. Eventually, Frank co-founded Gray Line Investments, a real estate investment firm that specializes in syndicating commercial real estate and storage units.
