Mike Ryan used to be a police officer but 12 years ago he discovered real estate as a way to make some extra income. For the last 3 years retired from his police officer duties and has been investing full-time. What does that mean? That means he’s carved out time freedom. He does deals whenever he feels like it and takes time off whenever he feels like it! Mike does anything from short sales, to subject tos, to online auctions (he’s is also a certified realtor).
In this episode, Mike shares how and why he feels it is important to filter his tenants and buyers, his criteria for doing deals, and what the current economy means for those subject to deals. Mike also shares one of his most interesting deals where he closed 3 properties with one lead!
