Britt and Tara are co-founders of Elevate The Globe, high vibrational living experts, kundalini yoga and meditation instructors, and channelers of the light, based in LA. They are hosts of the Elevator Podcast, creators of Rise Up: A Course In High Vibrational Living & the 528 Academy, speakers, bloggers and are currently writing their first book. - Emotions have a range of energy and frequency. All emotions are valid and it's important to give yourself space to feel them. The more you align with your highest self, the more energy you'll have
- Create a daily practice to raise your vibration. We are all energy and vibrate at a certain frequency. Practices like yoga (kundalini yoga is a great one), meditation and chanting are excellent ways to raise your vibe.
- Manifesting tips:
- set a daily intention to have higher energy (see morning practice routine ideas),
- be clear about what you want (literally write out and 'place your order' to the Universe),
- release and surrender the outcome and lastly,
- focus on how you want to feel and the let go of when your desired outcome happens.
- Have fun and enjoy the journey vs. waiting for it to come.
