What Is Masculinity with Justin Baldoni

This week Kat (@kat.defatta) has Justin Baldoni (@justinbaldoni) on the show to talk about some of the harmful messages that our culture's idea of masculinity creates. Justin recently came out with a book titled, Man Enough and has started the Man Enough Podcast in an effort to further undefine masculinity and offer freedom to those who have been hurt by the current popular beliefs of what being a man looks like. In this episode you will hear about some of those beliefs and gain a better understanding of why we need to start shifting how we view masculinity.
