Brendan Yates is the lead singer of the band Turnstile, who just released their new album 'Glow On', which he also co-produced. They also released an EP called 'Turnstile Love Connection' and a companion short film. Brendan was backstage at a show, sipping tea, and talked to Mistress Carrie about growing up in the Baltimore suburbs, putting Turnstile together at a young age, touring, musical influences, going to college while on the road, songwriting, playing the drums, and even chess.
