You know that feeling when someone who you’ve been friends with for a long time suddenly doesn’t feel aligned to who you are – maybe it feels toxic, draining or maybe they are so negative you no longer enjoy spending time with them. Breaking up with friends is hard and we discuss why it’s OK to evolve and not spend time with people who don’t make you happy and why the best thing we can do it honour ourselves. We also identify a friend we think has broken up with us (and that’s OK we respect that!).
