Former Houston basketball player Landon Goesling — one of the founders of Houston’s LinkingCoogs collective — joins the show to explain how coach Kelvin Sampson has managed to build a selfless team in the NIL era.

Later, Chris Doering of the SEC Network joins to talk spring football. Doering, a former Florida receiver, explains why he isn’t worried about D.J. Lagway resting his arm this spring. He also reveals the SEC teams he can’t wait to see in their 2025 version.
