In this week's Strength Chat I was joined by a strength and conditioning coach with over two decades of experience, coaching across multiple sports, John Noonan. As most coaches, John started out in some of the more popular sports, such as football and rugby. Later in his career, he then got opportunities in sports that aren’t necessarily as well known, such as winter and motor sports. However, the principles of coaching and making sure the athletes were ready for performance, still applied. Therefore, in this episode, we chatted about finding solutions, an all round approach to coaching, as well as learning from your mistakes.
