Today, I am joined by Ella Magers of Sexy Fit Vegan. Ella is a compassion-driven thought-leader, podcast host, and holistic wellness coach who founded Sexy Fit Vegan in 2013 to help people all over the world break free from the prison of yo-yo dieting and build a plant-strong body for life. Ella has her Master’s Degree in Social Work, is certified as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and eating disorder recovery coach with over 10 years experience transforming lives through her powerful coaching programs. Ella is a Muay Thai and yoga practitioner and a former bodybuilding champion who has been recognized as a top trainer globally by Bodybuilding.com and Shape Magazine. Ella serves on the board of Hogs & Kisses Farm Sanctuary. She is based in Miami with her beloved rescue dog, Fiona.
