Chelsea is the founder of Part Time Wellness, the digital wellness resource for women with ADHD. Her goal is to share a more lighthearted approach to wellness and help women with ADHD see wellness as a tool to help them live a more joyful, fulfilling life — not just another “have to” guilting them from their never-ending To Do list.
