They are things you can add into your training this week and will help you in your pursuit of getting monstrously jacked!

- Put your pride into lifting with the most perfect form
- Know your numbers
- Manage volume
- Don’t be scared of eliminating the “big 3"
- Train all muscles at least twice per week
- Start lean
