Neil Laughton is a former Royal Marine Commamdo, helicopter pilot & Special Forces officer. A business career followed in construction and he sold his company to a FTSE 100 in 2011. Currently he is a business leadership trainer, charity chairman and Captain of the England Penny Farthing Polo Team.
He is passionate about travel, sport and adventure. He has in the last 35 years organised and led 50 + international adventurous expeditions on 7 continents by land, sea and air.
