My name is Adrienne Tan and I’m the co-founder of Brain Mates. In this episode, I caught up with Nick Coster, a veteran product management practitioner and Gerry Scullion.
We’re going to be talking about the dreaded NPS. More importantly, what’s good about it, if any, as Gerry says, and what’s not good about it?
