Healing Family Disconnection with Dr. Stacy Jagger

Known as “Dr. Sassy,” she’s also the author of “30 Day Blackout,” and the creator of The Mountain Method to help families heal, reconnect, and thrive through creativity, play-based therapy, and digital detox strategies. 

Dr. Jagger shares her insights on how excessive screen time is affecting children’s development and mental health. She emphasizes the importance of returning to a natural environment of creativity and connection, advocating for her ’30 Day Blackout’ challenge, which encourages families to disconnect from screens to foster deeper relationships and creativity.
