Gemma Chambers is a Primary Years educator at the Green School, New Zealand.

Gemma shares how working at the Green School has started to impact her own mindset as an educator. She describes how stepping outside of her comfort zone is now a daily occurrence, as teachers are encouraged to try new approaches to learning, without fear of failure.

Gemma also reflects on her own personal anxieties around leading children in such a new and innovative school, and explains how trust between teachers is encouraging colleagues to embrace vulnerability and decrease stress.
