Andrew is the founder of Redline Equity, LLC, and his firm specializes in acquisitions, improvement, and management of large apartment buildings. He started investing in real estate over 14 years ago and got started with a very cool house hack in 2007.
He’s a general partner and limited partner in over 1,100 units–and, most amazingly, he got into his first two deals as a general partner only five months into his career in multifamily syndication.
