About our guest:
Diana has over 12 years of experience in various leadership roles at Kaufland Bulgaria. Currently, she is responsible for developing and motivating people, enhancing organizational performance, and creating a positive and inclusive work culture.
As the Head of Learning, Development, and Motivation, she leads a team of professionals who design and implement innovative learning solutions, employee engagement initiatives, and motivation strategies for about 7,000 employees across the country. In collaboration with the senior management, they align the learning and development goals with the business strategy and vision. In my previous roles, she was responsible for managing other departments – fresh foods, leasing, and procurement.
She has a Ph.D. in Business Administration, a Master's degree in Business Administration and Deutschlandstudien, and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and she has a 6-year-old daughter.
Her passion is Sports and she is interested in the fields of nutrition and Emotional eating.
