Peter is an award-winning executive coach of 34 years, founder of TEC in Eastern Canada, National Chair Director with TEC Canada, and president of Management Transitions. In 2008 and 2010, Peter was awarded the Chairman of The Year award by TEC Canada. In 2014, he received the Don Cope Award, given to only one TEC/Vistage Chairman in the world per year.
Peter started his journey to executive coaching as the Senior Vice President of Extendicare Ltd. From there he held several executive positions such as Partner, Senior Consultant, and Director, of various companies. He has also been a professor with Royal Roads University where he designed and presented the original Leadership Residency of the MBA Program. Today Peter continues his executive coaching practice with TEC Canada and helps business leaders as President of Management Transitions. Peter’s passion for learning, desire to help others succeed, his vast corporate experiences, and excellence as an executive coach make him a high-impact leader in the executive coaching industry and a great guest for the Arete Coach Podcast.
