Jen had a really tough week, & we talk about what it was like for her to start week feeling like she was too much, & her needs were too much. I was honored to be present for her this week, and she was able to work on healing that young part so she can be present for herself. When your parents can’t attune with you, you believe that you and your needs are too much. Jen talks about what she did this week to help herself heal. Healing happens with others and doing inner work. Jen is beautifully vulnerable.
