Q+A with Coach Yas & Gerard Jones: How to Balance outcomes for the individuals vs the collective group

Over the recent weeks and months I’ve had loads of you get in touch with some great questions and Today I am going to be trying something new with show, I am trialling a Q+A segment where I’ll be joined by a co-host in elite coach educator Gerard Jones, Now these discussion are taking place live as part of a Twitter space every Sunday evening at 8pm GMT if you wanted to be involved and each week on a Wednesday I’ll be releasing them right here on The Coaches Network Podcast. 

So for the format is slightly different and for around about 30 minutes each discussion will be dedicated to a question that has been sent in where myself and Gerard will be going into some real depth and sharing our views and opinions on the topic to leave with you key takeaways to consider in your own environments.
