Restore Proper Spiritual Order
- Humans were made to be rooted in God with spirit over soul and body, and sin inverted that order so the body rules.
- Redemption restores proper subordination by bringing God's life into the human spirit through faith.
Kingdom Is Present, Not Just Future
- Jesus brought the kingdom of the heavens into the world and made it personally present in himself and his followers.
- The gospel invites people to enter that present rule, not merely to secure a forensic acquittal.
Repent By Reorienting Plans
- Repent by rethinking how you have been planning and orient your life to the present rule of God.
- Act in faith toward God and operate under his management like entering a partnership.
