In this episode we are joined by Jo Fletcher-Saxon. Jo is the current Assistant Principal for Higher and Adult education at Ashton Sixth Form college, which has just been awarded a full house of outstandings in their recent Ofsted inspection. Jo is also the practitioner research lead at the college. She has worked in FE since 1996 and has been at Ashton since 1997. She joined the college to set up early years and BTEC provision.
