Authentic Parenting The 3 R's of Pandemic Parenting with Anna Seewald
In this solo episode Anna shares what she calls the 3 R's of pandemic parenting: regulation, routines and relationships. She emphasizes that we need to prioritize our children’s mental health and emotional well-being now more than ever.
