I have officially turned on the ‘explicit’ label on all my podcasts. This was inspired by Karen Osburn and her new podcast Women Wanting More. Click it out here. Those who know me, know my biggest pet peeve is lying and BS. I can’t stand it. I can smell it a mile away. I crave real, raw and honest conversations with real humans beings. Vulnerability is the way I like to live myself. If you’re not being real, than what are you being? I think culturally we are missing a HUGE piece that will solve a lot of our mental health issues. It’s about soul level self love. Compassion and discovering the essence of who you really are — and who you children really are.
